World Phone - The Perfect Travel App

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before accessing, using or obtaining any materials, information, products or services. By accessing, the World Phone website, Norwood Systems website, or the World Phone app you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not use our website, app or services.

We recommend you save and/or print out a copy of these Terms for your future reference.

This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other World Phone offer.
To be eligible for the offer, you must use your Visa credit or debit card to complete the World Phone Package purchase transaction.
The World Phone packages are subject to auto-expiration. (i) Minute allowances and Secondline number will expire twelve (12) months after purchase. (ii) Minute allowances and Secondline number will expire after 90 days of inactivity.
Use of the World Phone app constitutes acceptance of the World Phone Terms of Service and End User License Agreement, World Phone Fair Play Policy, World Phone Privacy Policy and the World Phone Copyright Enforcement policy. Copies of these policies are available in the app under “Settings”, “Legal”, or upon request by emailing support@norwoodsystems.com.
The app requires a good quality data connection – either via Wi-Fi or cellular data. The costs incurred in the provision of the data connection are the sole responsibility of the customer, and will not be borne by either Norwood Systems or Visa.
The World Phone app does not provide an emergency calling function. In case of emergency please use other means to call for help.
This offer, the app and associated services are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on the World Phone service belong to Norwood Systems and/or third parties (which may include you or other users.) Norwood Systems reserves all of its rights in the World Phone app. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by Norwood Systems, Visa or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.
If you terminate your use of the app, you will not receive a refund for any unused minutes or Secondline number rental unless you are terminating these Terms for any of the following reasons: (a) we have materially breached these Terms and failed to cure that breach within 30 days after you have so notified us in writing; or (b) a refund is required by law.
Norwood Systems may change these Terms at any time for a variety of reasons, such as to reflect changes in applicable law or updates to Services, and to account for new Services or functionality. The most current version will always be posted on the World Phone website. If an amendment is material, as determined in Norwood Systems’ sole discretion, Norwood Systems will notify you by email. Notice of amendments may also be posted to Norwood Systems’ blog or upon your login to your account. Changes will be effective no sooner than the day they are publicly posted. In order for certain changes to become effective, applicable law may require Norwood Systems to obtain your consent to such changes, or to provide you with sufficient advance notice of them. If you do not want to agree to any changes made to the terms for a Service, you should stop using that Service, because by continuing to use the Services you indicate your agreement to be bound by the updated terms.

Outbound calls cannot be made to any destination not included in Term 11 above, and specifically not to satellite phones or phones on ships.
Diverting calls to a mobile phone or landline may incur additional charges from your service provider. Please check with your provider before initiating a call diversion so that you clearly understand the costs of doing so. Norwood Systems is not liable for any costs that you may incur if you divert your mobile phone or landline to the Secondline Number provided as part of this service.
